An ultra low system using a pre-routed gypsum based board, ideal for retro fit projects, offering a low build, high heat output system. 
 
At 18mm this system is compatible with both solid and timber floor construction.

Panels are laid and secured to subfloor with additional gluing of board edges. 12mm pipe is tightly secured within the grooves and finishes flush with the top of panel. Panels include pre-routed end returns to aid pipe layout and transition of pipes. Optional insulation layer can be installed beneath the panel if height build up permits.
 
Additional grooves added to the panels may be necessary to effectively follow system design layout.

Once laid, the system can be pressure tested and monitored for 24 hours before a 6mm bed of flexible, self-levelling compound is poured before laying the finished floor.
